Troll Sub Surface Scattering

I know I have only been posting paintings lately but I am still quite passionate about the 3D end of things. This is the kind of shader the troll needed for the University animation but don't get me started on that. I am in the process of making an industry standard rig for the guy and I'd like to use the blend shapes I made for him and make a few seconds of animation with him speaking. I'm thinking some sort of Actor's Corner type interview.

Various Paintings

These are a handful of paintings. The pots and jars one is one of my all time favorites. The mom and son was a commisioned painting and the mustard bottles and Chuck Close paintings are the results of art class assignments.

Butcher Stages

I thought I would try to take this sketch and paint it with a couple different styles. I love the retro printing press style.

Juggernaut

This is a work in progress. I thought I would try messing around with photoshop a little more. I am super pleased with the results (mostly the head, the shirt is not finished) considering I used no references for the drawing.
